A Calabar Special
Peel the plantain and cut into the pieces
Grate coconut and squeeze juice with warm water
Add coconut juice to pot of boiled beef and prawn
Bring to boil
Add tomato/tatashe/pepper blend, crayfish, seasoning cube and salt
Add sliced onion
Add the plantain, stir and cook till plantain is soft and the sauce thickens
Stir plantain to thicken sauce when plantain is cooked
Correct seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes
Serve hot
